Why do guys think they don't have to wear a condom if the girls on birth control?

A condom should always be worn for safe sex! It doesn't matter if she's on the pill.. It's better to use two types of contraceptives in case one fails. Plus condoms are more then just birth control! I think both males and females need to play their part in safe sex. Why does the female have to take all the responsibility? Guys always complain about condoms and it's really annoying! They aren't that bad, and your lucky you don't have to take pills.

Condoms do diminish the feelings for the guy. It is much more significant a reduction than for the girl. That much of what the guys say is true.

But everything else you say is also true.

Many women will use the pill even when not in a relationship so they are prepared for anything (anyone). If a guy hooks up (temp or permanent) with a girl on the pill, it is natural to stay with that and enjoy the better sensations. But if the connection is with a girl who does not use the pill, then he obviously should use a condom.

The question then is, should the girl in a lasting relationship use the pill? From the standpoint of finding yourself in a situation where sex comes up and you don't have a condom (it is morning and you used the last one the night before), the pill would have been great for being covered in any situation. There are downsides (including some health issues) to using the pill, and if a girl does not want to use them, a respectful guy will happily use condoms.

And for both, aside from birth control, they play a strong part in disease prevention. Of course there are other fluid passing things that couples do that would till pass them, so other cautions also needed. But just the disease protection they offer is a very good reason to use them.

Because they don't like the feel of the condom during sex and they figure the pill is enough pregnancy protection but never worry about STDs

It can't be that bad otherwise no one would use them. Condoms are a must for me or no sex. They are very important in my oppinion.

It like guys need to do everything to make a feel good and a girl does not want to make the guy feel good. Safest to have sex without one? It's the other way around mate. Sex is MUCH safer with a condom.

I know its safer to have sex with a condom, but what I meant was that if someone wants an unprotected sex than the best and safest time is during birth control.
