Hey, I have small breasts too, I've never gotten any complaints the opposite actually! when I was younger I was so self conscious I wanted a boob job, but seriously thres no point they look like rubber. Big boobs can give girls back problems as well so don't ever be jealous. I definitely have the odd envious moment when I see a beautiful cleavage but small boobs are just as beautiful in their own way, a man can hold one in his hand, their delicate and beautiful. If I was a guy I'd prefer them:)
You look better in clothes, tell them about supermodels, like gisele bundchen and kate moss. I bet those guys haven't even noticed how small their breasts are, because everything else about them is so awesome.
I would say "haha Yes well done Sherlock":P Well I'm shocked that people even say that to you? As if you hadn't noticed already? It's like calling an obese person:fat? That really annoys me, for someone to tell you that, especially if you are completely comfortable with your breasts, its ridiculous. Aren't we a society that accepts all shapes and sizes today?..
Don't worry about it, next time someone says it say something witty like: "yeh makes it easier for me to maneuver around...I get things done faster too:)"
Tell them to kiss your pert little arse if they don't like what you were born with. None of us have a choice in this, as a large breasted female I would still find you attractive and feminine with small boobs and so would ordinary guys.
Men will love your boobs as long as they're allowed to play with them - if he wants to play with them he will not insult you in the worst possible way.
You could say something very positive about them, like "Thanks, I really am glad I have the size I want instead of those big things that get in the way. I can do so many things that big girls can't, and can wear clothes that fit. I guess I have the body of a fashion model, for which I am so fortunate."
Really, most female athletes, models, etc., do not have big boobs. And there is so much more than size to those things. The shape, nipples, proportions, all combine but are only part of the package, that includes not only the rest of the body, but a personality...it all adds up to desire and sexiness.
What they say you have small boobs, say to them:
"I love them, so I will take that as a compliment, Thanks!"

I have big boobs an I have friends who tell me "you have big boobs" and I'm not offended...
first of all thx 4 takeing the time to write a com.but you know they say that with a smile on their face like..ur a girl and you don`t have big boobs:)) haha.If you have big boobs you can always say:yeah and they are super sexy! The think is that most guys are attracted to big breasts and when somebody says that I have small breasts(and there are guys around) I feel embarrassed(cuz I assume they all like big ones) that`s why I need a good reply.

There is nothing wrong with small boobs. I personally like them better than big ones. You say you are confident and you know you look good. You are who you are. The best response to someone saying you have small boobs would be, "I know, aren't I cute?" or something to that effect. :P

Tell them its annoying, that your vagina is tiny and tight too and sometimes its uncomfortable for you, though guys seem to love it.
I realize you probably won't say this, but it would make their eyes pop out of their head.
BTW, I prefer small breasts, a fair number of us do (though it isn't critical to me a woman have small breasts, I can certainly live with large ones)

Just remember a lot of guys prefer small boobs. I should know, I am one of them. You have no reason to feel bad about yourself. Remember, small boobs stay perky for ever and ever. :)
Small boobs don't stay perky forever. Many women with small breasts get a loss of volume and they end up looking deflated, especially after having kids. My friends with kids complain about it cause a few of them are thin with small boobs but have a kid lol
