What is the best way to say "no" to a booty call?

So, I'm really trying to focus on myself and my studies. Trouble is, I have guys from my past who want to "hook-up". I really don't want to, because I don't want any distractions from my goals. Now, I know guys have sensitive egos, so I don't want to be a bitch about turning them down. I just want to be polite and smart about it. What's the best way to do that? Ignoring their calls? Telling them, "Thanks, but no thanks?" In particular, there is ONE guy that I actually like, who expects me to say yes all the time. He will think it's weird that I don't want to hook up with him anymore. What do I do or say?

You say you don't want to be a bitch, but if that's what it takes to reach your goals than do it. Ignore the calls, or just say "no thanks I'm too busy for that". As for the guy that will think it's weird for you to say no, what he thinks really doesn't matter. What YOU think does.

That way your just being upfront about your situation, you didn't turn them down just the here and now.

Altho, you'll probably have some stubborn ones saying, sex is a good stress release which you should probably just ignore.
