To be honest, any answer on 'why' is a guess or theory. I mean I come up with theories for what I like, but nobody can really _know_ why they like it. They simply do.
A more interesting question to me is how many girls like it, like what proportion? I am turned on by stuff like this, but none of my girlfriend (never had that many before marriage) were, and I just accepted that very, very few girls liked this stuff - and that maybe most guys did. Fetishism is a strange thing. Girls who like that have some sort of domination fetish. A fetish is a strong connection with something that someone has with sex. Some people are into clowns, paint, leather, food, and some even more outlandish stuff. As far as fetishes go, domination is pretty pedestrian. It has some phycological root, but I'm not a phycologist, so beats me. But it's not always a fetish thing. For most girls, it's just something new and exotic, which is exciting.
