I woke up and he was touching me....?

Question

This guy, let's call him Joe, and I were fooling around after our date.  We didn't have sex but we did pretty much everything else. He slept over and later that night I woke up to him... touching me (I was sleeping with just underwear on).  I asked him what he was doing, and he swore he thought I was awake because he'd been rubbing my behind for the last 30 minutes he said.   Is this super sketchy or an honest mistake?  Opinions please?  He seems like a nice guy but he also seems to get REALLY caught up in the moment when we are fooling around.  Even since then we've been on dates and hooked up and he seemed really averse to using condoms... I can't make up my mind about this guy.  He is sweet and affectionate outside of that as well.  Thoughts?

Maybe I'm super sketchy, but if I was dating someone and fooling around with them, and they slept next to me in their underwear, I would rub their behind in the morning. I wouldn't try to have sex with them or anything like that while they were still asleep, but I would touch them to wake them up and see if they wanted to play some more. I wouldn't have a problem with someone I was dating/fooling around with doing the same to me.

My opinion is that he probably didn't think you'd have a problem with it since you had already fooled around, and that he probably did anticipate that you would wake up or that you were already awake.

Well I think judging a guys personality based on this is a bit unfare to be honest, so I would say stick it out a bit longer and see what he's really like :) try and make him use condoms though

So many red flags its practically a rally.  I'd send this "joe" on his way.  I don't buy his BS story for one second.  And if he isn't using condoms, you may wake up with a parting gift you don't remember making one day.

Let me get this straight - you sleep with a guy (no sex), you admit you have your clothing off (you're in your underwear), and you're asking if he's sketchy for touching you?  What do you want him to do - play monopoly while you're in your panties?  What planet are you on?  Are you a republican?

i don't see why its bad that he would touch you if you were sleeping if you've already had sex with him anyway. my ex said I could f*** her in her sleep if I wanted to.
