I think it just comes down to women being more affectionate, especially amongst each other. No, I'm not sexually turned on by my friends, but when we compliment each other it's because we can see how attractive they look, and know others would feel the same.
LOL @ act like lesbians half the time. Once again, we're just more comfortable showing one another affection. Touching, hugging and complimenting each other isn't awkward for most of us.
Personally, I feel a little uncomfortable with affection. I have two best friends who are pretty much the only friends of mine that I don't mind being like that with me.

LOL, idk? It's not sexual AT ALL - it's just like ruffling their hair. Girls aren't as amused by their own parts, and we're pretty comfortable mucking around like that.
hahaha me and my friends just do that stuff to be funny, and we do it around guys or around our boyfriends. Just to tease them.
I'll call my girlfriends beautiful, pretty, sexy, foxy, anything really hahaha but I do it in a joking way.
And we'll say stuff to each others' boyfriends like, "She's mine, I'm sorry you can't have her anymore" and put our legs around each other lol. We also do it to boost confidence and just to smile or laugh about something while at school.
Its just a way to boost your friends ego, to make them feel better about themselves as well as do it in a joking/playing around manner. Of course you can call a girl gorgeous but sex just sounds more fun to say. I don't really know how to explain it, but its definitely not meant to come off as being sexually turned on by the girl (unless that's what you're into).

Girls love to toss out words that make them sound like they're cool and "out there". They love the idea that people wonder maybe if they're lesbians. It's just attention attention attention. It comes from being empty human beings with nothing to offer anyone else except sexual stimulation.

Haha it's just to have fun. It boost confidence and is a great way to joke around. And we act like lesbians because we need a new boyfriend that's why. Were bored or lonely at the time so we use our friends as that figure lol
Its supposed to indicate to your friends that if you were a guy you would want in their pants so the guys that they actually want attention from will to. Its just us girls giving each other ego boosts.
