That first 2-3 inches is what's most important, so it's no big deal at all. But I'm guessing you want to despite how good it already is. Like eithyy said, there's not much you can do.

If you want to get that sense of accomplishment from deepthroating, try going down on him when he's not fully hard. If you start when he has a semi-boner, you'd probably be able to fit more in your mouth, even though it'll only be for a minute.

I don't know that there's really much you can do. The wider girth is going to be more uncomfortable no matter what, since you can't magically make your mouth bigger, y'know?
