I screwed up. I had sex with my ex. We have been broken for three months. He has a girlfriend. I don't if he is regretting breaking up with me or he just wants an extra booty call. What is the real reason why any person goes back to their ex to talk or to have sex? We were friends after a month after the breakup. He started dating someone else but he was still calling me. We would talk and what not but that was it. I want us to be friends but I don't know if that's possible now. Advice

he seems still interested in you and only got a new girlfriend because you two weren't together. either way he shouldnt be with the girl he's with if he still has feelings for you.

if you just got caught up in the moment id just let it be and not have a friendship with him because it seems like it'd probably happen again.

really its all up to how you feel and how he feels.

It is very hard to be just friends with an ex. I think he wanted to have sex for several reasons: 1) to know that he still can (ego boost) 2) Sex with you was great 3) Perhaps things are not going well with the ex. You cannot be friends if you still have feelings for him and you cannot be friends if he has feelings for you. I would talk to him about it and make it clear what you both were looking for. Don't let it happen again. Even if you are happy with a casual sex thing, you don't want to get involved with a guy that has a girlfriend. Maybe you should tell him you need some space now and get away from him for while and figure out how you feel about it. If you still have feelings for him then having sex with him will only lead to you getting hurt again.

Being a bad girlfriend doesn't mean being a bad lay--different skill sets.

Sometimes you learn AFTER you've been dating someone that they should have been booty call at the outset. In that case, you want try to work out an "ex with benefits" agreement.

No it sucks to know that most women act this way. It sucks to be on a date with a girl that leaves you there when you pass out from a blood sugar problem. Then you have to walk 7 miles home because she drove you there. It sucks to have a girl cheat on you with a kid that is still in high school. Then on your birthday, which for me is a hard day because I have no family left, she sends you pics of them having sex. Why keep trying when women won't take responsibilities for their actions?

Another girl told me that she wouldn't have left me, but after dealing with so many different women and finding out how flaky they are. I wonder if you know what you would do if faced with that situation. Would you really sit there or would you panic, leave never to be seen again? That situation is too dangerous to leave up to another flaky woman again. Any sign of weakness in a girl's personality is enough for me to run away.
