This is false, to the utmost degree. Sure stretching it out would most likely be very beneficial. But the fact is if inserting something as small as a finger hurts that much. Imagine something way bigger. Now to be fair im a dude and I don't know much about the female anatomy. But this is common sense. If something small hurts a lot, somthing big will be torture.
