Well I don't know because I've never been in the situation, but I think that sometimes I would not mention it if I knew she was self conscious about it or if it just wasn't the right situation. Maybe you were just tight compared to the other girls those ones who mentioned it were with before. A lot of guys may not be comfortable talking about this kind of thing either.
