It's not weird. In order for a guy to have intercourse it takes a lot of effort, a lot of muscles. And of course, either from being tired or from ejaculation, he doesn't stay hard. A finger (or two) don't take as much effort on his part, therefore he can last longer. They're more flexible, and they're always hard. What's not to like?
