I doubt it's lose since vagina tissue is elastic and forms around whatever is in it. If you can stick two fingers in and it doesn't feel tight around the fingers you might be lose but keep in mind guy fingers are thicker so if it's not super tight around your two fingers it doesn't mean it's really lose.

Loose is when it stays slack and open all the time. In reality, many vaginas can stretch a whole lot and still not be loose. To be sure, some may not feel as tight, but that doesn't mean they are loose. Most actually don't feel tight. I've had intercourse with about 26 females. About 4 or 5 felt smaller, about 5 were at the bigger end of the spectrum, and all the rest felt regular. Tightness is totally over rated. I'd much prefer to have sexual experiences with a woman that can accommodate big sex toys.
