The official professional answer is YES... Cowper's Fluid (the technical term for pre-cum) does contain sperm, even if it's a small amount. This explains why you can get pregnant even if your partner "pulls out" first. Chances are reduced, of course. It was my preferred method before we were married. The difference is I KNEW pregnancy was possible and I was hoping for it. Never happened. Not until after we were married. So from my experiences, the chances are reduced, but not eliminated.
If it is mandatory that the girl does NOT get pregnant, don't even think of this approach.
Use a condom.0 1 0 0No matter what anybody says. Precum does NOT have any sperm in it. The thing that can happen though, is that if he has orgasmed recently before that, the precum will carry the lefover sperm from last time with it. So basically if he has peed between the last time he came and when he precame, then you're good. peeing kinda clears out the pipes.
2 1 1 1Text books say you're wrong. Question... Where does semen come from?
if pre come doesn't have any sprem in it them how come I'm pregnant because of it?

no you can not precum dose not have come in it the only way you can get pregnant from precum is if there is leftover come in the penis then it gets picked up and you can get pregnant from that that only can happen if the guy has come whith in a matter of time I'm not sure how long but I'm in medical school we just learned this
0 1 1 0I think its something like 48 hours before the sperm is dead, but I'm not 100% sure
people think that there is always sperm in precum but there's not, its very rare actually. Precum serves a lubricant and acid neutralizer, precum very rarely contains sperm, its only even a real possibility if the guy has a high sperm concentration at the time from ejaculating and not peeing before having sex again
0 0 0 0yes you can in fact I did...but the chances are really slim if the guy has recently masterbated or had sex then there is a little bit of sperm left behind and when he pre cums that left over sperm comes out

0 0 0 0Cowper's fluid has so little sperm content possible in it that you cannot conceivably conceive from the stuff even if leaked into your deepest recesses.
