I've never done this with any of my female friends and I wouldn't be interested. It would change our friendship completely + none of us are interested in the same sex. When girls get together at sleepovers we talk about boys, style, and other girly things the average guy wouldn't be into.

I don't think girls really 'compare bodies'- not unless you count 'Wow, you're really skinny' etc. We might talk about sexual things, but we don't really do them together. It might just be a girl thing, but most chicks I know view actual sexual acts as an intimate and personal thing- something to do with a partner or alone.
