Why do women like sex?

I am well aware as to why guys like sex ( I am a guy lol ) But I don't undestand as to why girls like sex . I feel like guys USE a girls body ... so what makes a girl like her body being used ? Also, sex is very complicated for girls ( danger of pregnancy etc ) , so why do they LIKE it ? What makes them feel good ? And what kind of sex do women like the most ?

  • Oh, you underestimate the intelligence of the superior alien race that created us! There was a time when I too thought that women were doing us (guys) a favour by "giving" us sex! Thanks to the Net, there are a lot of clues which tell us otherwise...

    * Orgasm is a chemical-releasing, addicting, pleasurable experience for both guys and women...

    * Sperm contains a cocktail of feel-happy chemicals, which inversely corelates with depression, and makes women feel good (when released in the vagina, etc). I guess it doesn't work when a condom is used...

    Add to this all the traditional reasons for which women had sex before the 1960s (when contraception came along and changed the equation QUITE drastically): the psychological need most women have/had to procreate, exchanging sexual "services" for status and access to resources and a caregiver to a woman's children, even societal pressures in favour of couples as against single persons...

    Frankly, I believe that men ARE conning women all the time into getting more sex! But women (at least that set of alpha women) can also be manipulative enough to use their sexual (and other) charms to gain a disproportionate share of the globe's resources, to get the things they want, and to get access to a comfortable life!

    All in all, the guys who programmed the needs and wants of the human race made sure we somehow continue procreating! We think we're doing ourselves a great favour, but I suspect we're simply fulfilling our role in the wider global scheme of things.

    Women therefore have reason enough to like sex. What they don't like is (i) being used and discarded (ii) not being treated "well" enough (iii) feeling they're giving more than they're getting.

    But, we seem to have reduced relationships to a kind of shopping deal, where either side is trying to extract the most for themselves. So we end up with a whole lot of broken glassbits scattered around the floor, as the debates on GAG constantly reveal!

The problem is that women think too much about the possible after affects such as getting attached to a man who just wanted to bang her, what her reputation would be if everyone on Facebook finds out, pregnancy, disease, daddy's explosive temper, God making judgment; the list goes on. In addition, women are far more picky about whom they sleep with compared to men who basically will take almost anything with a snatch. All this thinking and consciousness is what ruins it for too many women.

  • ok I am a virgin and I'm about to lose my virginity soon. we are NOT getting our bodies used. sex is a natural part of life nor is it gross or digusting. its made for pleasure, bonding and of course the creation of a new life. yes pregnancy and std/hiv are risks BOTH men and women risk but when used with protection and birth control pills it lowers the risk not 100% but its something. today women can prevent pregnancy and we can plan if we want a child or not. this is not the 1950's where woman can only get on birth control pills with the consent of their husband. what makes it feel good is the friction between the penis and vagina going in and out with the movement of the hips and body. the clitoris has a lot of nerve endings that make us feel good and when we orgasm we also relsease feel good hormones.

  • I can only speak for myself but I really enjoy sex because it gives me a level of intimacy with my boyfried that no one else has. Of course, it feels freaking amazing but for me it is so much more than that. It's being able to see him extremely satisfied with not only my body but with our relationship, as well. It is taking our relationship to a whole other level of communication and trust and a way of acknowlegding that we not only need each other but we want each other. Sex is not just sex for me...it never has been.

    When I chose to have sex with my boyfriend for the first time it was 10% curiosity and 90% yearning for closeness and security.

  • I don't understand where you're coming from. Why do you assume sex is something that only serves men? Women like sex for the same reasons men do: it feels good and they like exploring someone else's body. I also take exception to you implying that for a woman to have sexual intercourse, she's allowing herself to be used. Sex isn't something that exists just for men's satisfaction. There are MANY women who have a huge appetite for sex and don't want a relationship along with it. You need to broaden your mind a little bit.

  • Women love sex for the same reason guys do. It feels awesome and we desire intimacy, it's a trait of all humans; excluding defectives.

    p.s. why do you say "guys USE a girls body"? Girls are just a horny as guys; if not more so. My girlfriend initiates sex more then I do. Maybe she's using my body? That sounds funny. I love her body and she loves mine. There is no abusing of bodies here. Just good ol' plain sex; anywhere and everywhere.

  • I love sex as much as guys do because I'm horny all the time, it's a heavenly feeling that nothing can replace it..lol, and I don't agree when you say guys use a girl's body unless you're talking about rape or prostitution, but anyways sex just makes me super happy and well the thing that made me wanted to have sex first was because I was curious with how it felt like and I'm glad I did because my first time was amazing and so far all the guys I had sex with after my first time has been also really good, so I guess I'm one of those lucky ones :).
