  • This is a good Question and one that I asked as well... link think the answer is it depends on the individual...is probably safe to say that, on average, females like the idea of "steady" sooner than males...but there are a few males that "settle" early and some of us never settle...if I had to choose a "one age fits all" I would go with 25...(:

  • I always dreamed about sex, but I preferred the relationship and not hurting the girl until I had my second break up. Then freshman year of college arrived and my mentality fully switched to hooking up with as many girls as I could. Now that I am graduated I have slowed back down and prefer taking the relationship approach once again.

  • Age doesn't matter, it's all about the guy. The stupid guys just want sex, which doesn't change for a long time. Wherea the smart guys realize that a relationship pretty much means guaranteed sex.

  • Your answer selection is lacking. Long before I knew anything about sex or heck, even really kissing, I knew I wanted a girlfriend. I remember writing a note to a girl when I was probably 8 years old. Never in my life have I wanted to be with a girl just for physical contact. I met my wife when I was 16 and was sure I was going to marry her. Finally was able to when I was 22. We aren't all players.

  • I think they either wanted relationships at the beginning, and still do, wanted relationships at the beginning but got hurt and are now avoiding them, or they wait till they want kids.

  • My boyfriend is 17 and we don't have sex that much, it's mainly the relationship aspect.

  • it depeneds on the guy and his friends. a guy may try and impress his friends and try and get one night stands so that he is known as a player trust me I used to be like that. I learnt myself I am happier in a relationship

  • Some guys have ALWAYS wanted a relationship :| those guys who don't might never want a relationship and only want sex. But on average it seems after college is when guys are more into relationship focus.

  • at the age where they stop being boys and become men

  • uhh...never!

    • good answer lol jk

  • lol that's what I wanted until I was 24, now I just want to have sex with no relationship

    everyone's life unfolds differently.

  • Pitiful that you think so lowly of guys that you don't even put an option for anything less than 20 years old. I've never wanted only sex, and I don't know a guy who does. I have always gone for the whole package - with a relationship - and I always will. I'm 17 years old. It's sad to see that so few women believe that's possible.

    • Same (except I'm no longer under 20, but even under 20 it's all I wanted). And the problem with those women is that they keep going for the players cause "zomg they are so hot" and also because the players tend to be very vocal and ya... so women ignore the quiet guy who could be just fine looking, but either not as hot or more importantly not as vocal. Women need to learn to do the approaching for once.

    • You've got it down. Women seem to generally want guys with sexual experience, and then complain that they can't find guys who don't only want sex.

  • Mid 20s.

  • At any age really. The only question is do they want YOU for just sex or for more than that?
