I tell everyone if their fly is open, it's more of a common curtesy than trying to figure out what's in their pants. As far as d*cks go I assume that most guys don't have 3 inch penises. If I'm looking at a guy I'm more interested in what's under his shirt because I'm assuming that whatever is in his pants is fine. I'm honestly more concerned that it's going to be too big than too small.
Well, if a girl notices your zipper is down, it doesn't necessarily mean she's been staring at crotches right and left. Open zippers can be pretty eye catching.
