It's all about preference! Some people think vulvas are pretty some do not. The same applies to penises. I personally think most penises are ugly, but I have seen some that are not that bad. My ex had a pretty nice penis. Very photogenic. Given the appropriate time to put these genitals to use, no one really gives two sh*ts about what they look like, but what they do! :)
I've seen a few vaginas (in pictures) that weren't attractive, but all the ones I've seen in real life have been, along with most of the ones in pictures, and many I would definitely call "pretty." Many I could look at all day long.
Penises really don't do anything for me (duh, straight guy), so I kind of don't really have an opinion on them, even my own. It's just not something I really think about.
Yes. Not all, but a lot of them actually are. But they cannot be pretty just as they are. They have to be taken care of just like the nails and feet and hands. First and foremost, any sign if hair makes them look repulsive. Also, as you mentioned, bug loose lips and flesh can make them look unattractive.

Meh, in general they are not very pretty at all. But but in the right setting and mood they can be very appealing. Then again they are better looking than penises, since they are small and hide behind a bush. Whereas penises do not.
