Bullsh*t. I read The Brain That Changes Itself and it says nothing of the kind. Doidge uses extreme case studies to demonstrate the concept of sexual plasticity. While the rewarding effect of masturbation can aid in reinforcing problematic sexual behavior , nowhere does he say it is harmful in and of itself. Millions of people around the world are doing it right now. If it were so harmful the majority of the world would be in mental hospitals. Your assertion is ridiculous.

Masturbation is like you eat everyday for your hunger. I used to masturbate, but I have not now for over two years. I used to feel uncomfortable around the opposite gender, like I would blush really bad.
