It seems like more girls than ever are replacing men with silicone substitutes, some even equipped with psudo-ejaculation features. Basically, guys are being replaced with devices and objects. Why do they feel the need to use "toys", instead of finding a guy who will do the job for her? Do they hate guys that much? I would have thought it is the other way around. Men are the ones using toys and dolls because of their uncontrollable sex drive and also because they are just not getting sex at all. Women use toys but probably not to the extreme that men do. From my experiences, women would either choose the best possible man they can find or not do anything at all. You are probably seeing feminism at its extreme which unfortunately is far too commonly public: men are pigs, anything is better than a man and we don't need any men in our lives and so on. What you do not see is feminism in its moderate form that says women actually do like men, just don't treat the ladies like dirt.

Women are picky and always will be for the simple fact that they can. It's OK to have standards but too often, the standards women use are unrealistic and too numerous. Thus the existence of prositution and sex novelties. All of these things are temporary solutions for people who either want to spice up their sex life or for something that is better than nothing for the time being. For example: a man will hire high dollar Nevada sex workers because he is divorced and hasn't had some play in maybe 5 years. But does this mean he will stick with the sex workers over a good woman who comes into his life? No.

You sound like a frustrated man who is having troubles with women. I cannot fault you for this, life is quite challenging. Let me buy you the strongest drink you can handle to help ease your pain. Do not think you are alone, millions of lonely men AND women are in the same fix.

You're talking about masturbation aids. Yet virtually all men masturbate, and you have no problem with that? Even guys in relationships, who could have sex with, yes, a real live woman, still masturbate occasionally (and there's nothing wrong with that). So why the concern?

Many women I've dated have had toys that they use when we couldn't be together, and others just used their fingers. In no case did that ever stop them from wanting sex when we WERE together. So, what is there to feel threatened about?

Or are you worried that you aren't getting laid because girls can masturbate instead? Sure, there are some girls who are going through a phase where they simply don't want a relationship at the moment, and are relying on masturbation to satisfy their sexual needs, but most girls who are single are looking for a relationship, and would definitely prefer a real penis. It's just that they want a REAL RELATIONSHIP *before* they want to start having sex; most girls don't like to just hook up.

Anyway, it isn't toys or masturbation that is preventing you from getting laid; blame something else (it's usually your attitude/approach, BTW).

Both girls and guys can get laid every night if they wanted to. It's just that since WOMEN pick out the men, they technically have the advantage. Men have to wait for a woman's approval before he has sex with her (unless he is a total bombshell or rich, in this case he can just pick among the many smiles he receives from the club). But - as long as both have game and they take care of themselves physically - then they are pretty much at the same level.

That was the point of my comment. The guy does what he can to attract a girl, but the girl has the advantage. She gets to chose who she wants. I think we're on the same track with the comments, just not quite the same spot. EDIT: Girls can get sex whenever they want it. Guys have to find a girl who's willing to have sex WITH HIM. Sex toys can't replace a man, but it is a good subsitute for when your currently not in a relationship and don't want to hook up. Many girls don't like hook ups and don't to be in a relationship with someone they may not be into, just for the sex

1# is talking from my personal experience, I find it hard to orgasm through oral but my vibrator is a trusty method of getting there. It's not competition, it's reality of my situation. Guys have been "replacing" their wives and girlfriends for ages -- with sex workers, and the like. It's just that now women are more open to expressing themselves (and their needs) sexually. The market sees opportunity, and is meeting the demand.

The problem is guys try to "understand" women while still looking at it from a guy's perspective.
