As with any irritated skin, wash it with a perfume free soap, dry it well and put some fragrance free moisturizing cream, at least two times a day, and stop doing what you were doing to get it like that :P

You can also try a cream for baby diaper rash, if it works great for irritated skin on the groin area ;)

I have heard of zincofax, baby cream, zinc oxide cream and they use it on babies genitals, I am sure it is safe.

There are penis health cremes available that treat this kinda thing almost exclusively. They are made just for the penis skin and use vitamins and proteins to repair and protect it. I use one and never have any problems down there like this. You can get one online. Hope this helps.

Yeah, when I was in the army any time we would go for a hump longer than 6 miles I would smoother my groin area with out so I wouldn't chaffe with all the rubbing and sweat. ZO is good to go

Depends on the because of the irritation. If it's from playing sports or something of that nature,try baby powder or Gold Bond. Keep the area dry and make sure that it gets lots of air.

If it's from something else... Try using a lubricant or something next time.

You have a male yeast infection. Vinegar will help this and you need to chop garlic up in pill sizes and take them because they kill the bad bacteria

It should be fine. It is used on diaper rashes and baby penis's.
