I'd say it's one of two reasons. First, lots of guys are turned on by quirky things, which could be absolutely anything. This could fall under that. Second, it could be that he loves to see how it turns you on, and he can't help but want to kiss you after doing so, simply as a loving gesture. If it really seems he's turned on specifically by the kiss, it's probably the first.
