Has it ever occurred to you that the results of these studies may have been influenced by social standards? It's simply still not accepted by society that women have strong sexual urges and that they have the desire to have sex with different partners. Women are still primarily seen as lust objects rather than lust subjects. This obviously influences the way they report their sexuality during studies.

exactly. Our society tries to make women feel that its wrong to enjoy sex. And that there only purpose in life is to make babies and carry on the species. Bullsh*t. If men enjoy sex. Why can't they without shame or guilt?

I don't know what your biology text book says (and I seem to remember that mine said that both men and women get sexual urges) but I can tell you from experience that women do, even if there are exceptions like you.

not as strong as men. that's why men literally have to jerk off from time to time if they're not having sex. for women its more mental that an actual physical urge. when wome cum, they're not releasing anything important, which is why its not necessary for them to have strong urges to keep the species alive. a psychology text may say what you say, but it is in fact easier for a woman to be abstinent than it is for a man.

not like guys. in fact it's easier for girls to have mental orgasms than for guys. its very hard for guys to do that as well as girls can. guys have more physical urges. the media is masculinazing sex for females, but its really not necessary for girls to be as sexually motivated as guys. guys have stronger urges. its a simple biological fact.

Long periods without sex sucks! Especially if my boyfriend and I aren't able to see each other but we have phone sex a lot. So we basically tease ourselves. :) but when we are able to see each other, oh man! It's worth it ;)
