Clit piercings? what's your opinion?

As of now I only have my nose pierced and I really like it and get compliments on it, I plan to get my second holes in my ears and maybe a conch piercing (part of the inner ear) But those are all fairly normal these days, however the idea of getting my clit pierced has always been in the back of my mind. Im not in the final stages of thinking about it, I've yet to sit down to formally consider it, I'm just kind of entertaining the idea, so guys and girls of gag what do you think? girls do you have them? Know someone that does? What's your opinion? guys: what do you think? Trashy or ok? Would you care if your girl had one? Would you try to stay away from it if she did or not care at all? I don't mind brutal honesty, it really doesn't bother me, its appreciated!

So the general consensus here is a strong no,that's fine I'm a bit of a chicken to be honest and my fear of pain would have probably kept me from actually doing it, and if it decreases clit stimulation then just count this girl out Most guys said the aesthetic was a bit of a turn off and not particularly attractive, can you explain why exactly you wouldn't like it? (I didn't necessarily like it for appearences more for the idea of it, like a contrast to my personality if that makes any sense)

  • First of all, actual clit piercings are really rare, so read up on the different types. Whether a triangle, clit hood, etc, and horizontal vs. vertical works for you depends on your anatomy.

    I don't think they look sexy, to be honest, I think things look better without. However, SOME of these piercings for some women increase stimulation. I have never been with a partner with a genital piercing. If I was, I wouldn't be horrified. I'd probably be curious. If it made her enjoy sex more, I'd come to appreciate it I'm sure.

    So my own view is that from an aesthetic standpoint, I don't like them that much (and I don't mind piercings in general - I actually had a few body piercings when younger - if they are 'functional' then that would make it a lot more worthwhile.

  • Nah don't don't do it. It is not particularly appealing to me. I would find it curious for a bit, and it would probably change my perception of the girl. Like she is really kinky and overly sexual (which is good sometimes, but perhaps not wifey/mother material). Also there is always the risk of complications and infections, which to be honest, I would find really terryfing if I was doing it.

  • I'm sort of ambivalent about it. I was never much for piercings but they certainly don't turn me off. I think they look just fine but it doesn't really score any additional points with me either. I'm attracted to the p****, not the piercing. You don't have to put up decorations to entice me!

    Out of curiosity, are you thinking about actually getting your clit itself pierced or just the hood?

    • In practical terms, I've heard it decreases sensitivity (which I cannot confirm nor deny as I lack both a vagina and any piercings). From a personal taste standpoint it's just...mehh.   • Im half anf half on them..I'm not a hug fan nor do I dislike them a whole lot. If I had to give you a answer though I would say don't do it. You'll more than likely mess up the nerves in your clit and sex won't be as enjoyable.

  • It's your body and you have to live with what you do to it. Whether it be tattoos,piercings, scarring or whatever. For my opinion though, all this piercing of tongues and clits and noses and distressed earlobe sh$t is just disgusting. ANY woman in my life, relationship wise, will not have anything more than ear piercings. And I really don't even like that.
