So many ways of actually starting a response to your question. I'd say that if you're OK with 3somes or even getting at it with another guy while your actual boyfriend just watches and probably jerks off, then go for it. If you're up to it, you'll enjoy it.
If you're not up to it, just say no, else this is the kind of things that has the potential of destroying a relationship. The way you wrote it, it seems these two have a very unique relationship, one in which it is OK for one friend to tell the other "i want to f*** your girl". It's usually the other way round, like your boyfriend tells you he has a fantasy, you agree to it and then he invites a friend over. The way you put it, it seems his friend just stated he wants to f*** you and your boyfriend said "well, I'll ask" or something like that.
Watch out for those moments...
I have no idea why but I do know that they make some p*rn over that, I wouldn't recomend it though because it could potentially tare you and him apart if you end up liking having sex with his friend more(because his friend could be bigger, more expirienced, softer, rougher, last longer ect.) But don't feel pressured into doing it if you don't feel comfortable about doing it or you feel you might be risking something. but f you wanna do it then go for it but be ready for some long lasting effects of it, good luck to the decisions you make :-)
as long as you're OK with being a used as a sex toy between him and his buddies I guess it's fine. I personally would be offended for my guy to even ask me something like this and it would change the way I saw our relationship but we're serious and have been for a long time so maybe you aren't as into this guy or you are into doing whatever it takes to make your man happy.
