im about to put way too much thought into this lol...
while I don't think race makes you predisposed to liking or disliking oral sex lol I think, race being tied to culture and ethnicity, some cultures and ethnicities are more open to it than others.
my cultural background? I'm a black girl, American lol most people think I'm mixed, but that's cool too. I've never actually been with a black guy, though, so I can't speak for any personal experience but I have girl friends who have been with black guys. a lot of the girls I've talked to who have been with black guys, specifically black girls, say that black guys are not that generous with the oral sex. its not just black guys I've noticed though - a lot of black girls are also strict about what they will and won't do. my best friend, also a black girl, swears up and down that she will never give oral sex. Lately, she's been considering it, but that's all. She hypocritically will let a guy go down on her though. (I know.) In high school, I was right there with her. We would scoff at the other girls who talked about giving bjs with our, "girl, you will never catch some guys nasty penis in my mouth. that's degrading and disgusting." When I was in christian schools, and going to black churches, oral sex was often thought of as inappropriate, or at least restricted for marriage (like sex in general is if you're trying to be a good christian). My parents raised me to be against it and many people in my family taught me the same. I don't know if that's just my family or what, but my mother gets this gross look on her face and says "thats disgusting. genitalia are not supposed to be in your mouth." and she was raised by black people, and so forth. I think some "minorities" have cultures that raise them to view sex in a more conservative, narrow minded way than lets say modern day white cultures allow their people. the sexual revolution, feminism, etc. which were predominantly white movements, has a lot to do with this. Still, a lot of black people are open to oral sex. I just think culturally, black men are generally (not ALL OF THEM) less likely to spend as much time down there as their white counterparts.
I will say that something else I notice from what my friends tell me, and what I've read online, is that attitudes sometimes change with black men, depending on the girl. basically, I think its a possibility that black guys are more willing to give oral to white girls than to black girls. that's a whole 'nother can of worms, but I've noticed differences in what I hear from black and white girls so its just a possibility, an assumption I'm going to make. don't kill me :D

I am a white woman from an urban area of the deep southeast. I have 2 degrees. My husbands and lovers have all been white except for one who was from India. They were born between 1943 and 1953. The whites were American except for one from Italy. I was a virgin until age 17 when my boyfriend 16 (we were both HS seniors) and I first made love. This was in 1967. When it is Oral, how the table-setting looks is important. Not cultural issues.
Tied for first: Japanese & Chinese and Nordic-blonds with good hygiene, and I go with what grows. The social protocol can be complex with blonds because of their vanity. Once it starts, both tend to be passive.

I don't mind answering but I honestly don't think it has much to do with race. It might have a little to do with culture if you are talking about the vast majority in one culture but if you are talking about various ethnicities all living in one diverse area, it would be very hard to generalize. ex. A black guy might be more like a white guy than his black neighbour. You can use this answer as a reference to any other race question.
