It's pretty natural curiosity. Don't think there aren't plenty of guys who enjoy looking at your boobs and butt. And it's not that they are perverts; it's natural to be curious and have desires. IMO, you are completely normal.

Not all that much, because there usually isn't much to see. But, if a girl happens to be wearing something that shows a bit of what's going on down there (leggins, tight gym shorts, etc.), then sure. But boobs and butts are much easier to see, so they get the most attention.
Not at all! We are all just curious! I'm not a virgin. I catch myself looking at that area, just as I did when I was a virgin. It is just curiosity as to what it looks like and how big.

Wow what a great argument... To put it very simply, yes it IS different because of the reaction. A guy will feel good about himself and like the attention, while girls might be creeped out.
I would be creeped out, but I understand. A girl is curious, and it's normal. I would still feel kind of uncomfortable if I caught some girl looking down there.
I'm an avid people watcher. It's something I'll do on weekend afternoons. People are just interesting. Anyways, I've watched what women look at. Most women are crotch watchers even though they say they don't do it.
