Its his personality. He's "smooth" and has confidence. He's like the cool guy who is a smooth talker. He has that laid back attitude. Also his roles in movies (The Notebook) have definitely helped his sex appeal.

As a female I would like to say that not all of us go after money or looks. The way it is for me is a guy can be extremely attractive, but if he is an asshole I won't tolerate the disrespect no matter how much money he has and you automatically see all of his flaws. He becomes extremely unattractive. If a guy is not attractive, but has a great personality and treats me with respect and kindness then he becomes attractive. It all depends on personality. If you can find a guy with money that is attractive and treats you with respect then go for it, but it's not for the money and looks. The key is how they treat you and that's it. Thank you.
