What's a subtle, yet sexy way to call a penis?

Ok I am debating between these two words, dick or cock? I am not used to that kind of language, but which one sounds better or less vulgar I guess? Or is there another way to call penis? Which one is a turn on for guys?

  • I think it depends on what you are comfortable with, if you're say something intending it to be sexy, and it just comes out sounding unsure it will have the opposite effect. Some men (like mine) love to have you talk dirty to them (and it becomes an art form) they like it because it's naughty. But if you are looking for an alternative to the c or d words how about as you touch him, just saying something like, I love the feel of you or I love how hard you are. He'll know what you mean. But bottom line is do what you are comfortable with it will sound more natural then something you are forcing yourself to do.

If you are looking for information on how to talk dirty well I'm sure everyone could help you out with that too. Just repost your question with a little different spin.

  • i prefer d*** the word **** reminds me of the cheesy ugly men in porn movies that move all stiff while they're pumping and say oh yea baby take that big cock

  • Sweetie... just ask your man what he likes. All guys are different and have different opinions!

  • The best way to call a penis? On the telephone, of course. (I had to do it.)

Your question is interesting... I think that the preference between those words might actually be regional; it could vary depending on what part of the country or world you're in, sort of like the difference between "soda," "pop," and "coke."

Personally, I don't mind the P-word, but I'm more inclined to like the D-word than the C-word. The C-word sounds like you're trying to prepare a weapon for firing (*ch-chk*).

It seems to me that the average woman really dislikes saying any of those slang words. It's more of a turn-on when a woman is comfortable with what she's saying. If she's the most comfortable with the P-word, then that's the word I'd prefer to hear.

    • Thanks for ur input... yeah I totally dislike using those slangs, but I just thought that if I wanted to turn him on, by saying penis, it would have the opposite effect... it just sound toooooo low.

    • I like the P word too. It's just more real and not some thing you are repeating from last nights flick. Whatever turns you on will probably work for him.

  • OK, I have to disagree, with Married-in-PA. I can say some guys like vulgar. Sometimes they like it all the time and other times they prefer it some of the time. So it depends on the guy.

There are guys who don't like vulgar at all.

I myself don't mind if you call my manhood by it's proper name because it seems that's not used as often as the vulgar stuff and seem more "naughty" than using the vulgar stuff. I also use the proper term over the vulgar stuff when talking about a woman.

However, a less vulgar option is "his member."

  • Janelov, you're missing the point (kinda)... men want the dirty talk, we like it. So, when you're referring to your beau's manhood (in private), always go as vulgar as you can stomach. It will make your man happy. Trust me. We men LOVE dirty talk from our women (at the right moments). Whatever you do, don't call it his penis, or he'll think he's at the doctor.

My wife doesn't like the words c--k or d--k, either by the way, so that's how I know. LOL

    • I've heard the "C" word more than the "D'" word used by women when talking about it.

  • You could call it the italian name Pene or the japanese name Poku jin, or Kintama

in the heat of the moment who really cares!!

    Peace!!

    • How do you pronounce that?

    • Kintama is the japanese equivalent of saying "dickhead", it literally means "golden balls" but it NOT in a good way. So just be careful if you use that one :)

  • I'd say cock. Personal preference.

    • My favorite term too!

    • That makes two.

  • a turn on for me is my tool or my member...u could call it shaft even though that's only a part of it

  • There is something derogatory about the word, cock. Use cock, it's a total turn on, believe me.. I want to suck your pussy- I want to suck your vagina, which one sounds better?

  • My special someone calls my penis by the French word: Pierre.

  • "DICK" all the way! When a guy I'm fucking, or even talking to says "cock", it's an instant turn off for me. We're not poultry have dicks, not cocks!

  • I usually say dick...but..every now and then I think depending on how you say it..or what ou say before and after it..I'll say Cock

  • It's really annoying when you're trying to get advice and people call you hun, sweetie, and all that other shit. Sorry-had to get that off my chest
