You can't actually get 'high' but your body will increase its endorphine release so more dopamine will actually be in your brain which gives you the 'feel good/high' sensation :) its deff. a good thing, totally natural, and your pulse probably increases, eyes dilate :) all good stuff lol but are you really high or just getting in the mood? guys (I've noticed) actually have a couple different looks and when they get horny ha ha its deff. a different look to them :P
Well kinda you can get a little passed out feeling because you're breathing through your nose and a sparky feeling because it's love.
I wouldn't use the word "high," but you can reach a certain level of euphoria which might produce the same feelings.
A really passionate kiss can stimulate the same area of the brain as a bungee jump. It releases endorphins and chemicals like dopamine and noradrenaline. So in a sense it is in fact a kind of high. Taking amphetamines can simulate this same brain activity.
dunno if it's a high, but if it's a very intense kissing session it is possible to see stars due to the lack of oxygen, due to the fact you hold your breath while giving very deep kisses.
