That's only happened to me once or twice. I do guard my teeth a bit, but not entirely because my guy likes a little bit of teeth. You don't need to eliminate contact with teeth entirely, just don't bite or anything like that. Teeth brushing slightly against skin occasionally is actually a pleasant sensation, imo.
