I've never seen a ballerina in her leotard or any other formal ballet garb outside of a venue, but I do know a professional ballerina. She dresses in skin-tight jeans and shirt and absolutely REFUSES to wear a bra. Pokies turn me in in a major way (they're probably my #1 fetish), so It's almost impossible for me to not notice it when she's around. Therefore, at least one ballerina looks hot (to me) when she's wearing just about anything.

Booty shorts are usually hot, especially the short tight ones. Skirts can be, but usually I don't pay much attention if its obvious that a girl has just come from the gym or ballet. I guess cause I'm expecting her to be in that outfit so it doesn't catch me off guard.
