Would you consider a girl showing her belly button as slutty?

Today me and a few friends met up at college to study for our final exam. One of my girl friends came into college baring her stomach and, of course, you could see her belly button clearly. Not to mention she attracted a lot of attention from the guys on campus. One of my other girl friends who was studying with us told the other girl that she shouldn't have worn such a short top and told her that she thought her showing her belly button seemed slutty, even though she wasn't revealing any of her other body parts. And it turned into quite a heated disagreement. Mind you, it was really hot today too. Would you consider a girl who shows her belly button as slutty?
