No. I would never talk about my boyfriend's penis to anyone and I've never been around another girl who was talking about a guy's penis. Generally if the conversation even gets that personal between my close friends and I it will be like "omg the sex is so good", but never anything so private regarding the guy
Yes, girls talk about a lot of stuff with each other. And a lot of that stuff, has to do with our SO's or a guy we are intersted in/seeing. Talking about the guys is one of the more fun, and most interesting topics, for sure :)
