First off, don't listen to the idiots telling you not to get breast implants because men like natural breasts. It's not about what men want from you, it's about you being happy with yourself. And if a bigger chest is what it takes to make you happier then go for it!

Besides, don't worry. In reality, breast implants should feel quite natural; it does depend on how much breast tissue there was before the augmentation, the placement and whether you go with silicone (more natural, more flesh like) or saline. Despite all that, the average man will not be able to feel a difference.

In fact, if after your surgery your breasts feel unnaturally hard that is a sign of capsular contracture. That is when your immune system does not respond well to foreign materials in body so it's an indication that you should go back and see your surgeon right away.

To answer your real question though. Where I'm from (Romania) breast augmentation can cost you anywhere from 1000-4000 euros, depending on where you get it done and how complicated the procedure will be in your case. The good thing is you get a life guarantee, so if ever a problem should occur you will not pay extra for the surgeon to fix it.

I have heard that in the US or Canada the cost is somewhere between 5 000-10 000$ which seems like way too much money to me so I would recommend to go get the procedure done in another country if you can. You can always call or make appointments so that you would get an estimate of how much the surgery would cost you but make sure to ask for an estimate that includes all the items you will need after (a special brassiere, antibiotic ointments, meds and who knows what else) plus of course, the consultations themselves.

Sounds like your friend should get a refund. Sure with a botched job you can definitely feel and even see a difference but you are not supposed to. Also, implants do not last 10 years lol. Many women get them redone after 10-15 years because they want more in terms of size or they want a lift but the implant itself is fine. How about you stop talking about things you clearly have no idea of and stop telling the QA what to do with her life?

why don't you take your own advice? you clearly state that she shouldn't listen to anyone who tells her not to. why should she listen to you? I've gone to plastic surgeons before. breast implants do NOT last forever. NO medical device can be said to last forever and eventually they will wear out and need to be replaced.doctors and even the FDA recommend getting them replaced every 10-15 years for a number of reasons

Just FYI, guys tend to like girls with natural boobs better than ones with implants. Size isn't as big of a factor as everyone makes it.

i HIGHLY doubt your dad is a plastic surgeon. NOWHERE are you going to find implants for 1000-2000 dollars. with a lift and implants I was looking at $15,000 (lift being 9800 and implants being around 5000) implants range from $4000-6000 depending on the type of implant used
