One of the most frequent lines I have used, and have seen used is:
I don't trust girls; last girl I went out with cheated on me, and I don't want to get seriously involved. Or: Right now I'm concentrating on work/school, whatever, and don't want to get seriously involved, but I'm dating around... Or: I'd love to be committed, but I'm taking a break from serious relationships, as I have been hurt couple of times and don't want that to happen again...
The lines are around the same theme----don't want commitment because of my previous bad luck in the past....
How can you tell if he wants a relationship----well, whenever a guy is spending time with you, devoting you lots of attention, and not saying he doesn't want anything serious! :D
Those lines seem to be pretty straight forward. I know you can't talk for all guys,but are guys usually that straight forward when telling they don't want anything serious?what if a guy doesn't spend time with me because we live far apart, but call to check?
You can always tell if a guy wants a "relationship" on three simple principles:
1. He calls all the time. Guys NEVER do this, except with a girl they really like.
2. When he talks to you, he looks in your EYES. Not at you, not around you, etc.
3. If he talks about the future.
It really is that simple. Guys are pretty basic, we're very much like fighter planes, we like speed, we like maneuverability, and we LOVE firepower. Ask most guys, you'll find I'm dead on.
What if we're friends n he calls or text once in a while (say at least 3 to 4 x a week) to check on me? We now live like an hour away so do not see often. when he sees me he look into my eyes. he says "i know u'll be with me" but doesn't make a move to visit?
You are NOT simple, lol..... you guys can be very sneaky!
If he just wants sex he will talk a lot about your body like a compliment not really about you as a person. He will flirt with you to get want he wants. He won't have time for you. but when he is looking for you he expects to have sex with you and if you don't have time for him he gets mad. If a guy wants a relationship he has all the time in the world for you. He will call you. You will have deep conversations together. He will notice everything about you. Friends with benefits are hard to figure. He will be more down to earth then the guy that just wants sex but he won't include the two of you in the future. He won't get attached to you.
