Trust me, guys feel the same way about our genitals, we find vagina's to be the most beautiful thing on the face of the earth and we can't imagine how anyone would find a penis to be attractive.

It's one of those things that you will be nervous about but just have to take a leap of faith, as you do it more often you soon will be super comfortable with being naked around him, it just takes some time. I used to be a bit insecure myself and usually am to an extent with a new girlfriend, but after a few months it soon gets to a point where I'll just get naked right in front of here without thinking about it while I'm changing or something. Sex speeds up this process because obviously once you've seen each other naked and had sex, just simply being naked doesn't really matter.
