I don't know the answer to this, but taking a guess, I'm going to say no. When breasts reduce, you just have less fat. I don't see how that could reduce the size of your areolas. My guess is if your breasts did become smaller, your areolas would be the same size, 2 inches in diameter ( which is good, imo ), but would comprise a larger portion of your breast. Effectively, making them seem larger.
I wouldn't say being a b cup or a cup counts as being flat chested.0 0 0 0i don't want them to look larger, that'd be f***ing gross and really out of proportion
Doesn't seem likely they will shrink, maybe slightly. You sound fine though. 100 lbs may be kinda small for you if your an hour glass unless you have a really small frame? Most girls are unsatisfied with their bodies but I think they tend to overreact. 117 at 5'2" with 34D/36C, a lot of guys would be elated with that.

Think of them as a balloon that you have marked some pen on. Deflate the balloon. The pen area will stay the same. Unfortunately areola stretch as your t*ts get bigger but it won't work the other way.

0 1Your breasts may shrink a bit, and your areolas will probably also shrink a tiny bit, but not significantly so. But likely if you lost the weight you intend, you'd still be a solid 34C, so you'd hardly be flat-chested.
