I"m a 19 male and told I'm very well endowed!  I was an assistant at this all girls basketball camp of like 100 girls.  One of the days I just wore my sweats without any underwear and later in the day I heard that all the girls were making fun of me because they could see the perfect outline of my penis! They could tell how long I was and everything... Girls..! is that really that noticeable?  I was told they could see when I got an erection as well!  do girls really notice?  Have you ever been able to seee the entire outline of  a guys penis through his pants?

i once had a 'half erection' while i was talking to a girl - that is, the full size was visible but it wasn't causing a pointy protrusion. Anyway, i think she noticed because she suddenly gave a shocked giggled, covered her mouth, and had to take a second to rejoin the conversation. These were misleading pants though - that is they felt like comfortable loose-fitting thick winter pants, but you could very clearly see the outline of all the veins and the whole head of the penis. Yeah you can notice. I was talking to this guys who was playing basketball and I was sitting on the bleachers. He walked up to me and I guess he didn't have on any underwear cause I could see all of his stuff. I thought nothing of it and like 30 minutes later my friends was like whoa and said that dude has an erection... it was gross. I don't look for guys stuff when I am trying to play volleyball but it was out their. You CAN see it. I have actually noticed it on a few other football players too when they play basketball in the gym.

iv never been able to see a guys entire out line of his penis( not that iv really tried looking:L). occasionally some girls may notice if a guy has an erection but I think for the same reason if you notice some ones flies are  undone- you can't explain why you were looking that low. although if I was 'checking' a guy out, sometimes if a boy is well endowed you can't help but notice ( like Jordan's breasts,in a way). even if the girls on your basket ball camp do notice they certainly wouldn't be making fun. :D
