I can't see it through pants or dresses like these other dudes with X ray vision apparently can so no I don't notice it if the girl is clothed. Thighs jiggling for me personally are not really a turn on but plenty of guys out there love thick thighs and booty (there are songs about this it's so common) so don't be discouraged about your looks, millions of guys out there probably love your body shape. Just because your thighs jiggle people won't automatically assume you have any more cellulite than any other woman, so don't feel like people see it through clothes. I have never seen a naked woman in person without cellulite that is at least visible at certain angles or certain positions even at the strip club! Even tiny five feet tall 100 pound girls I've seen naked had some cellulite right around their lower butt cheeks or upper thigh or both. So basically I'm saying don't be so self conscious, 95% of women regardless of body shape have cellulite or will have it later in life so if a guy can't accept that is how non-air brushed real women look he is going to die lonely. Be confident in your body and yourself and I bet you'll find you will start attracting guys.
I'm 5'1 and 105 lbs but I know I have the cellulite. I do attract guys. I hate my body more than they do. I'm just wondering if others notice it too.
It's visible but guys don't care. If a guy says you're beautiful you should believe him. He wouldn't say it if he didn't think so. Now that you say your measurements I'm really surprised, I thought you were "thicker' than 5'1" 105lbs. You sound petite. Stop worrying, guys are attracted to your smile, body shape, and personality more than anything and if the clothes come off and you have some cellulite any decent guy isn't going to care or get turned off because by then he already loves you.
I notice it but in a positive way. I love when athletic girls have cellulite on their thighs, it enhances their curves and their womanly figure. Big thighs are sexy to me. And I promise I'm not just giving a politically correct answer. It really is a turn on for me.
I have powerful legs, so I do have thicker thighs and some cellulite, though all thighs jiggle at least some all the time. Your thigh muscles aren't completely tensed when you walk, so the muscle will move some. As for cellulite, it's pretty natural even with muscular thighs. I wouldn't worry about it. If you're wearing shorts that highlight your ass, chances are no one is going to be focusing on your thighs enough to see cellulite.

I am pretty sure all thighs jiggle unless you are totally ripped. Even my thighs jiggle and I have pretty muscular/firm legs with no cellulite :D
How do you have no cellulite? I'm not being snarky, I'm just curious. I'm a dancer, but I have cellulite under my butt cheeks and it makes me sad. How'd you not get any?

when I was was a young child made 6 years, I discovered a passion for running ^^ Plus I did karate and played soccer for a number of years. I also use to be obsessed with wearing leg weights and when combined with my genetics I guess it just kept me from getting it.

Some of the skiniest girls I know have cellulite it just means the muscle is not well developed... how is that disturbing?
If your a mom with kids its understandable. But if your a young girl I find that unattractive.
