Have you ever keyed someone's car? or done something to get revenge on an ex?

I have been thinking about this a lot and listening to Carrie Underwood "Before he Cheats", could you legally get away with this? I have been thinking a lot about this and I don't think I would do something obviously like totally busting windows and stuff (too much work) but I heard that if you put syrup on someones car it ruins the paint or something? I honestly am thinking about doing this to someones car. Have you ever gotten revenge on someone in any way maybe not like that but doing other things?

I think the fact that you can't get over an ex is a bigger issue than what he's done that you feel is worthy for revenge. It makes you no better than he is, really. I mean, just reading this makes me wonder if there are legitimate reasons why you aren't in a relationship with him anymore.

And I'm not trying to be snarky or insulting, it's just shows poor character that you would get satisfaction from such petty actions. Aren't you a better person than that?

Revenge is never the answer to a problem - it doesn't solve anything and it won't repair the damage you feel. All it will do is make you just like him. And if you hate him, that what does that say about how you feel about yourself?

I think the best revenge is to take whatever power he has over you away and get on with your life. You're giving him too much credit and not enough to yourself.

It isn't even that big of a crime. I mean people get egged all the time, this is just a little bit above an egging. Anyways there is not reason why it didn't work out with him, the last time I saw him things were fine we talked and laughed and hooked up and it was normal.. Then out of no where he just stopped talking. I'm not a better person, I am a revengeful person and I am pissed off beyond belief that he could just do this I want to hurt him (not physically).

never have, but I did put shaving cream on random cars (I was young and it was a tradition at my school to do at the end of the school year and I had no idea it could ruin the paint). I have however gotten very close to keying someone's car and only didn't because I knew there were cameras. It was at my college's parking lot (which is expensive) and it's really hard to find parking there depending on the time. After looking around for parking for about 45min (was already 30min late for my class) I see an empty space only to realize some a**hole in a new white bmw 7 series parked diagonally taking up two spaces just so no one could park next to him because he didn't want it to get scratched. Inconsiderate a**hole!
