What if you found out he is insecure about his penis size?

Question is for girls> What would you think or say if you found out your boyfriend, good guy friend, or guy you are dating revealed to you he's been self conscious and secretly insecure about his penis being 6 inches in length (for reasons he still doesn't really understand) for the last couple of years. Also, that he told you he was strongly considering getting lengthening surgery because he can't stop obsessing over it, in which he doesn't know why its such a big deal to his comprehension in the first place. Hypothetically this guy is also shy and has never revealed this problem to anyone before.

I would inform him not to get lengthening surgery. The risk/reward to getting this surgery is huge. Besides getting the obvious scar, your penis if injected as opposed to simply lengthened, will feel mushy, you will not be able to push as much blood out to get as hard of an erection and you will end up with a penis that feels like a water snake balloon toy.

If he opts for the lengthening surgery, he will find it difficult to push all of the blood into his penis, as well, it will bend oddly during intercourse from time to time. Actually, 6 inches is the perfect size. Everyone says size matters, but in reality a girl's v***** is only generally about 4 inches deep. It stretches to accomodate the size of the p***** but most of the nerve endings and pleasure points are located in those 4 inches. So being overly big isn't neccessary.. What most girls really care about more than anything is if you know how to use what you've got. So be confident in yourself, 6 inches is perfect and definitely do NOT have lengthening surgery, it is uneccesary.
