How big is your d*** soft compared to how big it is when it's hard? How much does your d*** actually "grow" from an erection?And, does a guy's d*** size while soft reflect how big he will be when hard? If I were to see a man soft and he had a "small" d***...does that mean he will still be "small" when hard?I'm a virgin, so it isn't like I have seen a guy naked in person and then also see him with a boner...So I'm just wondering.

When I'm soft it can be as small as the tip of my thumb when it's cold, or oddly, when I'm stressed out.

When I'm hard, and I have measured, it can be eight inches when it's a raging hard-on. Rare but worthy of photographs and medals. It's always thick. But the run of the mill erection is usually slightly over seven inches.

No. You cannot ever judge a man's size until you've seen it in full erection. There are multiple factors that dictate a guy's size while flaccid, mostly to do with temperature.

Flaccid it's about 2-2.5 inches, 7 in erection for me.

depending on the size of there penis when soft depends on there size when hard.

if a guy is really small when soft his penis will be from small to average when hard.

now if a guy is about 4-5 inches when soft his penis is going to be above average. a guys penis is not going to be really small then grow to this massive thunder d***. if a guys is about 2-3 inches when soft he is going to be about 5-7 inches dpending on how horny he is.
