If you mean a flat butt as in no separation is visible when wearing pants, I'd suggest making a point of wearing pants/leggings/yoga pants that hike up the crack. When breasts or butt are small, you can get away with showing them off more. And if you do, then you're more likely to get interest from those who have a particular thing for that sort of figure.
I like flat butts better probably because I prefer skinny petite girls in general. Yes I'm caucasian (spelling?) but you can just call me a white dude and I'm fine with that.

I'm sure some people consider this a "flat butt", and if so, then, yeah. But this one isn't especially flat; it's just not especially big either. And it's nicely toned.
I know a guy who would consider this a "good-sized butt" and another guy who would say "that girl has NO ass!" because he likes big, wide, badonkadonk Kardashian butts.
But I'm mainly a breast man anyway, so ass size and shape isn't a super high priority for me. My "badonkadonk" buddy is almost indifferent to boobs, and wants only super-tall girls with big round asses. Every guy has his own tastes.
Yes, that's what a flat butt is to me too. They wouldn't be my ideal choice, but I wouldn't pass on a girl because she had a butt like this either, if I thought she was a cool chick otherwise.
Definitely don't like a pancake ass (long back is what I call it). I think flat butts are unattractive. At least have a little speed bump, lol.
