Pretty easy for me. But I wear unlined bottoms usually.
I absolutely HATE the double layer of fabric that gets all soggy and droops and stays wet for an hour. I even cut the liner out when I like a bikini that has it.
So anyway, the single layer of material inevitably takes the shape of my lips at least a bit. My inner labia are sorta small though and don't protrude past the outers, so it just kinda looks tidy and trim on me.
Definitely more visible when the material is wet for sure, and white bottoms show it the most... lined or not.
It is most common I think with wet bottoms (rather than dry ones). I think it is more likely to happen if you have thin fabric bottoms that are not so thick (as if they are thicker they are more rigid and less likely to cling to the lips). Also lighter colored fabrics are more likely to be noticed than dark ones that can hide shadows.
It's common with swim suit and underwear and spandex.

but it IS sort of an anatomy thing - because if she has inner lips that protrude, the cleavage of her outer lips won't be as visible
it's just when the fabric clings to the shape of a girl's outer labia so her slit is a bit visible through the material, that's all. more likely when fabric is wet or thin. count on it at least a little if a girl keeps herself clean-shaven downstairs

jennhottie17, I'm with you. I actually wear Wicked Weasel bikinis mostly. Sooooo comfy and amazing styles. If you've never heard of them, you should totally check them out! Most of their styles aren't for the faint of heart though, and some are right over-the-top racy, but they do have a few that you can get away with at just about any beach that allows thong swimwear... the surf shorts, 404's, hipsters, and clip-shorts styles. They exclusively sell unlined swimwear though, so a bit of kitty silhouette is pretty inevitable. But if you're reasonably fit, I find a little of that along with natural nipple outline quite pretty looking!
I can see how you would get one if you pulled it up while it was wet. Like when she was getting out of the water. I'd think that girls with big lips are more likely to get them

It's just when the fabric of your bottoms is really tight around your vag, basically outlining it. It's not like something to do w being sexually aroused, just fabric malfunction.
It's not a physical condition like an erection ... it's more of a "wardrobe malfuction" caused by a clingy/tight fabric without any padding.
