What necessarily makes a girl extremely hot?

When a person says a girl is a 10 it's just an expression of saying she's totally beautiful or just perfect to the person that's saying that. That means her body measurements, womanly mannerism, face, hair, etc takes his breath away. That's what makes a 10, and each guy has his own 10 in his head. However, when it comes to womanly beauty, in each culture the majority of men that have the same consensus of what constitutes womanly beauty would be a good criteria for selecting women they think are 10's.

if you want to really get down to it, ull want to say she's a 9.5 or 9.9 or something

No such thing as a 10. Each man has a flavor he is weak for, but there are 3 billion men! Every woman has unique quality. Some men will call you a 9.5 others will call you a 7.5. You are neither. you are just you! All you want is the one man in your life to treat you like his own personal 10! The rest is eye candy, pecker-playing debates! LOL

In reality there will never really be a girl that is universal 10, every guy has their own preference. What's a 10 for me may be a 7 for another guy and vice versa. You just have to find the right guy that will see you as a 10. How well a girl puts herself out there to be approached is another factor that will affect this.

Nice, outgoing girl. Maybe 5'4-5'7. Brown hair, brown eyes. Dresses conservative even though she has a good body. Fun to hang around in an all friend setting but also great to spend time with one on one. Glasses, usually. Sounds good to me, but the personality has a lot to do with it. If she looks fantastic but is dull or stupid or ignorant or stuck up, forget it and forget her.
