Is it OK for him to ejaculate inside me on a daily basis (I'm on birth control, just worried about my lady bits)

I recently got on birth control(depo shot), my long time boyfriend and I are going to stop using condoms. We make love about 4 times a week and he gives me a lot of oral sex before intercourse. Will him coming inside me effect my taste? We've only done it once and it didn't leak right out, I didn't even notice when it came out, he doesn't have a large amount of come...I know sperm can stay inside you for a while so I'm wondering if there are any long term undesirable effects. If youve done this on a regular basis, what are your experiences with this?

Considering it's what a woman's body is supposed to deal with from a guy, it shouldn't be a problem.

A side note though...

I tried the depo shot a few years ago (Provera) which elevates your progesterone (if I remember correctly). Anyway, after only 2 doses I had zero sex drive which was highly unusual for me. Plus, weight gain and, I learned afterward, it lowers your calcium level. Even though I only had 2 shots, my period was gone for over 2 & 1/2 years along with my sex drive. It mysteriously came back out of the blue and along with it my drive (thank God!).

Just sayin' so you know. Pay attention to your body.

It came back 2.5 years later when my period returned. I was horny like a mad dog too that week. Having my period gone was WONDERFUL, no doubt. But I didn't like sacrificing my drive for it though.

But every woman's body is different, you may not experience the same side effect. Just pay attention to any changes. It might have to do with the shot.

I voted A, it should be fine. Although the effects of something like that will vary from person to person. So it really just depends. I say, try it for a while and see if it affects your taste.

If it has no affect then keep doing it, if it negatively affects it then tell him to pull out and come somewhere else on you (stomach, back, butt, mouth, boobs, etc.)

Um.. I wouldn't do that for the simple fact that no birth control is 100% effective against pregnancy. My experience with a "full release" is that it burns sometimes( I may have an allergy doc says) and yes it does alter the taste a bit, but I guess it's just because hubby umm releases more.

well I am trying to prevent pregnancy right now but if we did still happen to get pregnant while on birth control it would be a happy surprise, we're not completely incapable of being parents. I did it before and I didn't feel it, he doesn't usually have a lot come out.

You should be fine. Your lady parts are designed to get a frequent bath of our man juices. If he doesn't notice or mind the taste it shouldn't detract from his oral loving either. Plus, as an added bonus, I think getting semen directly in you like that (no condoms) is supposed to be helpful in the regulation of your hormonal cycle and supposedly also elevates your mood (when compared to condom use). So I've read anyway.

Well, if you consider pregnancy and ill side effect... and I don't think such things are as effective as condoms.

Your vagina is made to accept his semen as often as you like. However semen will change the pH of your vagina which can cause a different odor and changes in vaginal bacteria.
