A fit and shapely body BUT covered in stretch marks?

Ok so I lost 70 pounds on my own , I'm very fit now and I'm very shapely as well ( perfect hourglass figure ) , I'm proud that my shape is this good ( cause well I worked my ass off to get this shape ) BUT I don't have the regular amount of stretch marks NO NO , I have it everywhere ! I'm tan and I have the white stretch marks all across my stomach , all across my arms , shoulders , back and bum Imagine a zebra , a very fit yet shapely zebra Its sad because all these guys that are giving me attention are just giving it to me because I look great in clothes but my biggest fear is once I take it off , a guy would see my zebra stripes and be turned off . I guess my question is , if a girl is in perfect shape and form BUT she is striped everywhere and more than the average girl , will you be waaay less attracted to her ? even repulsed ?

  • Stretch marks only look ugly when they're on an overweight figure. If you've got a great body guys don't care about the stretch marks on it. We're just interested in the curves. If guys do care, brush em off. I'd still go for a woman with a great body. They might even look cool depending how they're shaped.

Do you have a body pic to show us an example?

  • Hnnghhh. I *love* stretch marks. I have a fetish for them, in any numeracy. That sounds really hot, the way you describe it - although seriously I'm not into Zebras, I didn't want the image of a 'fit yet shapely zebra'. Eurgh. But, no, I'd like that a lot.

    • I was attempting to be funny , obviously failed lol

    • I wish I could end up with a guy who actually loves them like you do , ha ha but you are rare , actually first time I'm hearing that there is a stretch mark fetish out there lol

    • LOL, nah I know. I was kidding, too. And yeah? I'm sure you'll find someone. You attract who you attract, not who you don't, you get me? Say if you go out, like, to a beach, in a bikini, with all your glorious markings on display, and there is a stretch-mark fetishist somewhere on that beach, they're gonna fall in *love* with you, you know? You'll find someone...

Also, a quick google search unveils a forum dedicated to it; link

      LOLOLOL.

  • I need to lose a lot of weiight and I'm worried about that - like when I'm finally happy ill have these stretch marks. but I don't have too many. more than I would liked, definitely noticeable but not literally everywhere O.o

  • u get stretch marks from losing weight? I thought you get them from gaining weight? are they knew, or you're just noticing them, now?

    • No I got them from the weight gain , they were red before but when I lost weight they turned white

    • wow.. that's intersting. well I think I you're fit, it won't be a big deal. white is a lot easier to deal with than rd, as well. congratulations 70 pounds is a lot of work ;-)

  • Congrats on your transformation! I'm guessing this is like everything else: different strokes for different folks. Just be confident and get out there. If they don't like you in a bikini, it's their loss.

  • I love curvy women so stretch marks is no big thing. But fit isn't really that appealing to me. Give me a curvy woman who is healthy with stretch marks and I'm happy. :)

    • What I mean by fit is not flabby , I am very curvy without any rolls . Little waist , C cup breasts , flat belly , toned arms , round and fairly big bubble butt and hips that are 12 inches bigger than waist . I'm 34C 26 38

    • My tastes is a bit bigger. Size 18 dress, size C to H (depending on the bra maker), slightly round belly, etc. Here is a pic of Melissa Masi and she looks great link

    • lol no , I'm more like a slightly smaller version than Kim K

  • I wouldn't mind at all. You worked your ass off and look great. That's something most girls can't stick to.

  • Me personally no. My girlfriend has some stretch marks (from growing fast) but idc at all. Some guys will though but you don't wanna b with a guy like that anyways.

    • I don't want to be with a guy like that , I'm just worried that most will be repulsed by it

    • I honestly think most guys will not care...plus ul know the guy well enough that he will have feelings for you when he sees your whole body

  • No...I have had gfs with stretch marks..they don't bother me at all..but your 70 lbs would have..(:(:(:

  • Lol, "imagine a zebra. a very fit yet shapely zebra" nice one

I honestly couldn't care less about stretchmarks :)

    • hahaha , first thing that came to mind when I noticed my stripes , and that's a relief , most guys here are saying that they wouldn't care :D

    • lol that's pretty funny, I'm pretty sure most guys would find stripes attractive haha

    • hahaha , . You're a chicken , I'm a zebra .. itss all good :) , and I don't really need anyone to find them attractive but I'm just hoping that they don't turn a guy off , especially that I'm a virgin and no one has really seen me naked so its like I don't know what to expect ... we will see lol

  • Stretch marks don't bother me at all... it wouldn't bother me at all!

I can relate though, I've lost about 100 lbs, and have gotten into shape myself as well.

Same thing, with clothes on I look good, but clothes off I have a lot of stretch marks and my lower stomach is a bit flabby.

Because I can relate to this, I wouldn't be turned off at all.

    • hard to find a guy who can relate though and congrats on your weight loss

  • See, to a guy like me, that's the dream. You know, to have a girl with a buuuunch of stretch marks. You shouldn't be ashamed of having them or ashamed if some f-body doesn't like them. Just know you're perfect the way you are. I made an account just to say that.

  • As you can see, stretch marks are noticeable. They can detract from a persons looks. Some people can overlook them, some cannot. One bit of advice... the tan makes them more noticeable. Tan is a result of UV radiation that usually damages the skin over time, so not only does a tan maek the marks more noticeable, but your skin will be more dried out and wrinkly later, and may even get cancer. Tan less and the marks will be less noticeable and your health may benefit.

  • They would be note worthy in the beginning but they really are not going to be important over the long run. The good body that you now have will be far more important as well how you use it.

  • You are good to go with me.

    • :D great
