First of all, Lol . I would hope if a person bothers to take a bath or shower they will wash their privates , What's the point of even getting in the water if private parts are not touched . That's the first place they need to be cleaning if anybody just gets in the water to just get out that's just nasty . I use soap and body wash , I'm big on fragrances.
Every time I take a shower. So every day, or every other day if I'm being lazy. In which case I often 'freshen up' at some point with a warm wet washcloth or something. In the shower, I use soap or body wash externally, nothing but water internally.
I try to wash her every month or so, but never more then two months with out at least a simple wash cloth. ;).
