Me and my group mates were making fun of my teacher, and he joked at me, then he stood at my back while I was eating and he was touching my left  shoulder part and I was trying to remove his hands but he just continued and told me that I got big muscles, I was seated then when I hit his penis with my elbow, and he told me to stop doing it because I might hit something wherein fact I already hit it, and when he said that ,I stood and he stepped back  and called our driver in his phone, the way he touched me was like massaging, but in a slow manner like a sexual way,do you know what I mean?  and I seat back again, he massage my nape part then my friend's,:D, what does that mean? and to tell you, he's a little SPO

yeah that is weird, teachers should not  touch a student at alll, there's really no reason for them to. especially because you are a female student and he is a male student, if you are seriously bothered by him you shoudl report this to the office, or Councillor or someone.  he could be touching other girls ho don't like it as well. and I don't want to just to conclusions but he could have molested girls.

He was massaging your friend's and your's napes? Touching you? That is very off for a teacher... unless you're a 5 year old who needs comforting, a teacher should never have that close of a contact with his/her students. Something is off here. He should probably stop doing this before someone decides to report him or something..

wish he was my teacher lol. but seriously, it was wrong of him and he might think that your intrested because you made contact with his d*** and he might, not saying he will but he might come on to u. its a very good chance if anything else weird happens id tell som1, if you dnt want it to happen

Anybody touching you could be construed as an unwelcome touch.  When you tried to remove his hands and he continued it was definitely unwanted touching.  His being a teacher makes it much worse.  All teachers should know better.  By his continuing, especially after you hit him (accidentally or not), he was probably guilty of assault.  Report him to the school immediately and probably also the police.

At any rate, this needs to be reported. A teacher should not be putting themselves in this kind of position to begin with, so that is wrong right off the bat.

His comment about your muscles, that's way off too.

The contact made wasn't meant to do anything in the way of getting your attention, so that is wrong too.

Three wrongs, means he needs to be disciplined.

You are perfectly justified in feeling uncomfortable.  Teachers don't touch students.  If he does it again, you have some choices: 1) do nothing and it will continue, 2) ask to speak to him privately and tell him to stop or you'll make a report, 3) get in his face and tell him to keep his %@&*# hands off you, or 4) make a report now.  I'm partial to number 4.
